Located at the Confederation West Block Building entrance, Ray Cox's pewter sculpture was one of ten Newfoundland artworks commissioned under the Provincial Government's Art Procurement Program for the Confederation Building Expansion in 1985. The artwork consists of nine cast metal slabs installed in a small pool, referencing the topography of Newfoundland's rugged landscape.
